Congratulations to Shannon Esrich (Class of 2015) who has recently been awarded the Nuquist Award for Outstanding Student Research on a Vermont Topic by UVM’s Center for Research on Vermont. Shannon was awarded this prize in recognition for her outstanding honors thesis entitled Gone to Market: Perceptions, Motivations, and Values of Farmers Market Participants in Burlington Vermont. Shannon will begin the Accelerated Masters Program in Food Systems in the fall of UVM and has a bright future of food-systems work ahead of her! Congratulations Shannon!
